General policy
Because digital service work starts with planning, design and development time, refunds depend on how much work has already been completed.
Before work starts
A refund may be requested if no work has started and no third-party purchases have been made.
After work starts
Partial refunds may be considered based on completed work. Completed design, development and consultation work is non-refundable.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, paid plugins, premium assets and third-party service fees are not refundable once purchased.
